  EVCM is a research-driven, fundamental value Registered Investment Advisor ("RIA") that seeks both long and short investment opportunities across a company’s enterprise value including the company's debt stack as well as the underlying equity.  As a RIA, EVCM has a fiduciary duty to always act in our client's best interests.

 The strategy is market capitalization agnostic driven by bottom-up security selection based on fundamental proprietary research and in-depth financial analysis.  Each investment portfolio will be actively managed and customized to the specific needs of the EVCM client. 

EVCM seeks to produce consistent risk-adjusted returns with an emphasis on capital preservation by seeking out both long and short investment opportunities across a company’s capital structure and multiple industry sectors.
